If you get the “A scan error has occured” error on your AltaLink while scanning a document in Intelligent Filer, please check and see if you selected “Auto Detect” as the value for the Original Size scan setting. If you did, change the value from “Auto Detect” to the paper size you’re scanning, then try again.
