Why can’t I scroll on the Google Drive 2-Step Verification screen?


If you have 2-Step Verification turned on for your Google account, Google will prompt you to complete the 2-Step Verification in Intelligent Filer on your Xerox device when the app is configured for Google Drive. If you have issues scrolling on this screen, try using the larger gray scroll bar on the right-hand side of the page.
